Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items unless faulty
  • Items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

Refunds

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellations
